If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide photographs of the package and product in order to process a replacement or refund.
Refunds or replacements may be issued at the discretion of Skyline Bioactives after review of the issue.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.
